MSX Group Support Engineers ALL came from the original FRx team.  We ALL have over 10 years of experience providing all levels of technical support for FRx.  When Microsoft decided to close the Denver office where all technical support and software development on FRx and Forecaster was handled (for non-Dynamics customers), we decided it is time to go back to our roots.

Calling Support shouldn't involve struggling to explain things to an international call center, or trying to figure out who in your organization knows the proper Access ID.  We believe in helping our customers resolve their issues so they can get back to what they have to do-generating high quality financials using FRx.
