An accounting user says they made some changes to account numbers in Thomson Elite which resulted in a synchronization error in FRx Designer.

Synchronization Error-
The Chart of Accounts is no synchronized with Elite, the accounts need to be re-converted.

Any idea how I can fix this for them? Thank you.
