I've created a monthly income statement with a column for each month plus a total column.  For the Period in each column, I've entered the period number (1 for Jan, 2 for Feb, etc).

When I run the report for period 5 (May), the report doesn't cut off at 5/31, it displays June data in the period 6 column.  Is there a control somewhere that I can force it to cut off?

Hi, in the column layout there is a Print Control field where you may use the conditional print option P<=B to only have those periods that are less than or equal to you base report date to display/print.

Thanks!  That worked.  Also had to set the Totals column to 1:BASE.
