We are on v6.7 sp10.  We can set the report option to display negative numbers in red but is it possible to export this report to Excel and retain this formatting without having to reset it in Excel after export?

if you open up the catalog, go to the Report Options tab and then the Formatting tab, and on the bottom left is a check-box to display negative numbers in red.  That should take care of this for you.

That displays negative numbers within FRx in red but doesn't export the red formatting to Excel.

That is display only in FRx, doesn't export with the red negatives format to Excel.  It also won't export the underscore lines to Excel as Excel underlines.  Can any of this be done?

You are correct FRx cannot export under scores as Excel underline format in either export to worksheet options.

A row FMT code of LNE (print thin line) only works in Formatted Excel and exports as a Border format.

FRx can only export the neg numbers in red format if you use the Excel option. It will not export if you choose the Formatted Excel option.

This was tested in FRx 6.7.12008 which is the most current code.
