In Microsoft 7.0 Service Pack 3, there is an issue with the Excel Add-In when the data range in Excel includes a calculated period.
The scenario for the issue is:
1. The user is using the excel add-in and includes a calculated period in the columns in the data range
2. The Forecaster Optimization Factor is not set to the maximum (ie. Not set to pre-summarize all segments).
In this scenario, data is not retrieved by the excel add-in.
The workarounds are to do one of the following:
1. Remove the calculated period from the data range in excel
2. Change the optimization factor in Forecaster to the maximum number (all segments).
