Reports that display in Management Reporter's Report Queue as Cancelling cannot currently be removed from the Report Queue with the "Remove" button in the Report Queue window. These are easily cleared from the Management Reporter Report Queue manually in SQL. Use the following SELECT statement to verify which reports will be deleted. After verifying what will be deleted, use the following DELETE statement to remove the stuck reports from the Report Queue:

SELECT * FROM REPOSITORY WHERE STATUSTYPE='30'

DELETE FROM REPOSITORY WHERE STATUSTYPE='30'

SQL Query to cleanup Management Reporter Failed Report Queue Status

Use  the ManagementReporter database

Next look at the “SubMessage” column and see if it is blank.  Any of the failed reports will have content in the submessage column as to why it failed.  Do a simple query to find any rows where the Submessage column is not BLANK.

This will give you a list...

use ManagementReporter
select * from RepositoryMessage where SubMessage <> ''

This will delete them...

use ManagementReporter
delete from RepositoryMessage where SubMessage <> ''
