Just a quick post to confirm that I have been using Microsoft Forecaster's Web Access module with Internet Explorer 9 and have, so far, found no issues.

Setup and configuration are largely the same as they were for past versions of IE, namely:
  • You may need to run IE as administrator the first time you install the Web Access Client Components or when you download a new version of them.
  • You may need to approve the use of these components
  • You may need to approve pop-ups for the Forecaster Web Access site so that the Tip of the Day window can function
  • You may need to put your Forecaster Web Access site into the Trusted Sites; IE 9 does change the "intranet settings" defaults, so you may need to review this if you are having any issues with Forecaster Web Access after updating to IE 9.
As with prior versions, Forecaster Web Access will only work with 32-bit versions of the browser, so if you are using a 64-bit operating system, use the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer (which will be the default).4

As always, please let MSX Group know if you have questions or issues with Forecaster or Forecaster Web Access.  We're here to help!
