Forecaster 7.0 SP3 Hot Fixes 1,2,3,4
The Problem
When importing Human Resource Details into Forecaster, bonus amounts do not import correctly. The balances are rounded to the nearest thousand, or rather, the balances drop the three digits to the right of the thousands separator. A $10,425 bonus amount imports as $10.
The Fix
In the import file, remove the comma from the balances in the bonus column and the balances will import correctly - $10425 will import as $10425. I leave dollar symbols out of my import file as well.
